PTC Series Heavy-Duty Plastic Shredder

The PTC series shredder is designed for shredding waste plastics, cables, rubber, e-waste, and more. It is typically placed after single-shaft or dual-shaft shredders as a secondary shredding machine. The shredder primarily consists of rotor blades, fixed blades, a crushing chamber, a frame, a feeding conveyor, a motor, a gearbox, and an electrical system. Hard metal objects must not enter the crushing chamber during operation.

The final product size can be adjusted by changing the screen size.

  8. Enhanced Bearings: Heavy-duty bearings with oil seals and a soundproofing layer protect the machine from impact, noise, and material contamination.
  9. Safety Mechanisms: Equipped with motor protection devices and interlocking power-off systems to ensure safe operation, along with a safety cleaning protection feature.

Main components

V-Type Blade Roller

Front-Positioned “V” Blade Roller. Designed to withstand significant cutting impact.The blade roller and fixed blades create only two cutting points, making it ideal for shredding hard materials such as thick-walled pipes, thick plates, and rigid items.

L-Type Blade Roller

Rear-Positioned “L” Blade Roller. Features larger blade spacing, facilitating rapid material cutting.The blade roller and fixed blades also maintain two cutting points, effectively reducing cutting impact, making it suitable for shredding bottles, pipes, films, and other lightweight materials.

S-Type Blade Roller

Solid Blade Structure. Prevents materials from falling into the rotating blades, ensuring efficient operation. Built to withstand maximum cutting impact, it is highly suitable for shredding extremely hard materials, such as rubber blocks, thick-walled pipes, and thick plates.

Bearing Housing

High-Quality Spherical Bearings: Isolated from the shredding chamber to prevent materials from entering the oil seals. Integrated Bearing Housing: Precisely machined to ensure the longevity of the bearings. Heavy-Duty Self-Aligning Bearings: Designed with high-strength materials to withstand heavy loads and impact forces effectively.
